I. Overview 

TK series of large three-phase synchronous motors for air compressors are high-performance series products specially designed and developed by our company for air compressors.

4. Technical features
4.1 The structural design is reasonable, safe and reliable, and the ability to re-step after out of step is strong.
4.2 The main insulation structure using new insulation materials has high voltage withstand performance and long motor life.
4.3 Large temperature rise margin. The motor adopts F-class insulation, and the temperature rise is assessed according to the temperature rise limit of B-class insulation.
4.4 The protection device is advanced and complete.
4.4.1 The stator winding and bearing are equipped with temperature detection devices, which can monitor, alarm and trip.
4.4.2 Anti-condensation shutdown space heater.
4.5 Large moment of inertia. Motors with different rotational inertia can be produced according to user needs.

5. Structural type
5.1 The overall structure of this series of motors is welded with steel plates for the base, end shield, bottom plate, etc. The motor is an independent cavity, and the slip ring can be designed with different protection levels according to user needs.
5.2 Stator: The stator base is welded with steel plates. The motor stator output line is led out with high-voltage rubber cable. The output line can be led out from the bottom of the base or from the main terminal box on the side of the motor.
The stator core is made of low-loss silicon steel sheets, and the core sections are separated by radial ventilation ducts.
The stator winding is F-class insulation, and the temperature rise is assessed according to B-class to extend the service life. VPI overall varnishing treatment is adopted, which has high electrical performance, mechanical strength, insulation performance, moisture resistance and thermal stability.
5.3 The rotor pole core is made of laminated steel plates, with different structures such as pole screw and T-tail. The rotor bracket has ventilation holes and is equipped with a fan, which can control the rotor temperature rise well.
5.4 Seat-type spherical sliding bearings are adopted. The bearings are insulated to prevent shaft current.
New lubricating oil and thin-walled bearing alloy bushings are adopted, and electromagnetic centerline marks are set.
5.5 According to user needs, the slip ring can be designed as a positive pressure ventilation structure to increase the safety of the motor. The total length of the motor with positive pressure ventilation structure of the collector ring is slightly increased.

6. Use conditions
6.1 Voltage fluctuation: ±5% (can operate under ±10% conditions under 7.3 of GB755)
6.2 Frequency fluctuation: ±2%
6.3 Altitude does not exceed 1000m.
6.4 The maximum ambient temperature does not exceed +40ºC
