We can test 40 series of high and low voltage motors.

YB3 Series High Voltage Flameprof Three Phase Induction Motors are the newest products combinind with the design and manufacture experience of long-term and stable producing high-voltage flameproof three-phase inducton motors, adopting the new technique, material and technology, and being of excellent workmanship, these series motors have many remarkable features such as compact construction, lightweight,large power, high efficiency,low noise,small vibration,safe operation and easy maintenance etc.
For the enclosure of these series motors,the degree of protecion is lP54 generallly,cooling form is IC411 and mounting arrangement is IMB3. Available are the motors with the diferent protection type,cooling form and mounting arrangement according to customer requirements.
This series motors are manufactured with fameproof structures in accordance with the Chinese National Standards GB755 "Rotating electical machines-Rating and Performance", GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive atmospheres, Part 1: Apparatus General requirements" and GB3836.2-2010 "Explosive atmospheres, Part 2: Apparatus protected by the crust for flameproof enclosure "d", The flameproof groups are marked by ExdI Mb, ExdIIA T4 Gb, ExdII B T4 Gb, Exd IIC T4 Gb, suitable for zone 1 and zone 2 hazardous areas where explosive gas and air mixtures exist, this series motors can be used to drive different kinds of general-purpose machines, such as compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machine tools, conveying machineries and other mechanical equipment installed in mine, mechanical, petrochemical industries and power plants etc. They can be used as drivers.
"ExdI Mb" is suitable for the areas where the explosive mixtures containing methane or coal dust exist, but not for the coal mining surface.
"ExdII A T4 Gb" is suitable for plant areas where the explosive mixtures of Group II A, Temperature Class T1, T2, T3 and T4 exist.
"ExdII B T4 Gb" is suitable for plant areas where the explosive mixtures of Group II B, Temperature Class T1, T2, T3 and T4 exist.
"ExdllCT4 Gb" is suitable for plant areas where the explosive mixtures of Group II C, Temperature Class T1, T2, T3 and T4 exist.
For the enclosure and the terminal box of this series motors, the protection degree is IP54, IP55 can also be met. The motors can also be manufactured for special environments, such as outdoor locations (YB3-W), indoor tropical humidity (YB3-T), outdoor tropical humidity (YB3-THW), indoor tropical (YB3-TA), outdoor tropical(YB3-TAW), indoor tropical (YB3-T), outdoor tropical (YB3-TW) and outdoor middle-chemical corrosion locations (YB3-WFl), which main installation dimensions are same as the dimension of the basic series motors.
Explosion proof products have obtained domestic explosion-proof certification, energy efficiency certification, CCC certification, international IECEx certification, ATEX certification, CUTR certification, etc., and have strong domestic and international competitiveness.

Each motor must be tested before leaving the factory. Only all the items are qualified, can the motor be delivered. Each motor will have a test report.
