YP KK series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors (frame size H355-1120) have reasonable structure and advanced technology. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, reliable operation, easy installation and maintenance.
The motor's power, mounting dimensions, electrical performance are in line with the national standard GB755-2000 "rotating motor rating and performance' and the relevant IEC standards and national industry standards JB/T10314.2-2002.
The motors are used in the environment where the altitude is not more than 1000m above sea level, the ambient air temperature is not more than 40°C and there is no serious dust, corrosive and explosive gases. The motors can also be produced according to the requirements of the order for hot and humid zones and plateau areas. The motor can also be manufactured according to the requirements. The motor adopts box-type structure. The frame is welded by steel plate, with light weight and good rigidity. Closed air/air cooler is installed on the top of the motor, which is easy to dismantle and install, and is conducive to the maintenance and repair of the motor. The stator adopts external pressure mounting structure, the stator windings are made of F-class insulating materials, the ends are reliably fixed and tied, and have been subjected to a number of turn-to-turn impulse voltage tests and voltage withstand tests to the ground during the manufacturing process, as well as being treated with Germany's advanced Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Solvent-free Paint (VPI) equipment and process. Therefore, the insulating property of the motor is excellent and reliable, the mechanical strength is good, and the moisture-proof ability is strong. The squirrel cage rotor adopts copper bar structure, and is manufactured by advanced and reliable welding technology, and has been verified by dynamic balancing, which ensures the smooth and reliable operation of the motor.
There are two types of bearings: rolling bearings and sliding bearings, depending on the power and speed of the motor. The motor is frequency conversion speed control, speed control range (5-50HZ), rated voltage is 6/10kv, the protection level is IP44/IP54/IP55. We can also provide other voltage, frequency and protection level of the motor according to the requirements.

Each motor must be tested before leaving the factory. After the motor is qualified, the motor can be shipped out. Each motor will have a test report.
