YQGN series submersible motor is a motor product developed by our company to match with submersible axial flow pump, submersible mixed flow pump and submersible sewage pump. This series of submersible motor has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, low temperature rise, good sealing performance and reliable operation. Motor power level in line with IEC standards, shell protection grade IP68, rated voltage can be respectively 380V, 660V, 3000V, 6000V, 10000 V manufacturing, rated frequency of 50HZ, working system S1, insulation class F, using VPI vacuum pressure impregnation process, has a very good mechanical properties and reliable waterproof performance.

The reliability of submersible motor mainly depends on the advanced design and manufacturing process of submersible motor, YQGN series of submersible motor has the following main technical characteristics:
 
a ,Because this series of submersible motor is dry structure, the high power submersible motor adopts three tandem mechanical sealing and advanced cable joint sealing technology.
b, this series of low-voltage submersible motor loose embedded winding selection of polyamide - imide enamelled round copper wire, low-voltage submersible motor forming winding selection of imide composite film wrapped around the junction of the electromagnetic wire, high-pressure submersible motor forming winding selection of imide composite film wrapped around the junction or mica composite material wrapped around the electromagnetic wire manufacturing. The winding adopts special insulation specification of thickening insulation, and the winding connection adopts special sealing joint, which has reliable waterproof performance. 
c. This series of submersible motor uses special submersible rubber flexible cable with good water-blocking performance and high tensile mechanical strength. High-voltage submersible motor cable appearance using semiconductor materials to equalise or improve the electromagnetic field, so the high-voltage submersible motor has good grounding performance, the line end may not be phase-to-phase withstand voltage test. 
d, this series of YQGN740 and above low-voltage submersible motor and YQGN590 and above high-voltage submersible motor rotor shaft are used stainless steel 3Gr13 based on the material of the spokes of the welded structure, improve the mechanical strength of the rotor shaft, thus enhancing the reliability of the submersible motor operation. 
e. As the company has exquisite rotor casting aluminium technology and various aluminium casting moulds. In order to improve the technical performance of submersible motor and the reliability of submersible pump operation, this series of low-voltage submersible motor generally adopts the cast aluminium rotor structure, high-pressure submersible motor generally adopts the copper bar rotor structure, and after strict dynamic balance test and motor overspeed test. f. High-power submersible motor adopts special structure of bearing lubrication and cooling system. The upper and lower bearings of the submersible motor generally have oil storage and refuelling devices, and are lubricated by high-quality grease with stable performance and long storage time; the thrust bearings are lubricated by oil with good temperature resistance, heat transfer and insulation properties, and the temperature rise of the thrust bearings is generally no more than 40K during operation. 
g ,Set up a variety of automatic protection devices, such as internal leakage of the junction box, water inside the motor, overheating of the windings, water in the oil chamber, overheating of the bearings, as well as automatic monitoring of the insulation resistance of the motor and so on.
