The cooling method of this series of motors is IC416.
The structure and mounting type of this series of motors is IMV36 (mounted on the side of the foot and mounted on the top with a flange), which conforms to the provisions of GB997 and IEC34-7 "Motor Structure and Mounting Type Code".

Application Scope
This series of motors can be used to drive all kinds of electric screw presses, the models of electric screw presses include 160,250,315,400,630,1000,1600,2500, if there are special requirements, the motors should be provided with the relevant technical data when ordering, and technical agreements should be signed as the basis for the special design of the motors, so as to ensure that the motors operate reliably.
Basic conditions for normal operation of motors
a Altitude not exceeding 1000m.
b Maximum ambient air temperature does not exceed 60 ºC; motor with rolling bearings, the minimum ambient air temperature is -20 ºC;
c The wettest month average monthly maximum relative humidity is 90% at the same time the average monthly minimum temperature is not higher than 25 ºC.
d The power supply frequency is 50Hz±1%.
e Operating voltage variation range is not greater than the rated voltage ±5%.
f The motor rating is based on the intermittent cycle rating of the intermittent cycle working system (S3), and the motor is frequently reversed.
Structure
This series of motors is of compact structure, the enclosure and end cover are made of high quality steel welded together, the excellent design and fine workmanship make this series of motors have good heat dissipation, and the motor enclosure and end cover have high strength and rigidity.
The coil adopts loose embedded winding, which shortens the end part, and the motor is of good quality after assembly and easy to maintain.
The windings are treated with vacuum pressure impregnation, which improves the insulation reliability of the windings. The stator winding ends are neatly arranged and reliably fixed.
The cage rotor of the motor is a cast aluminum rotor made by special technology. The rotor cage bars, end rings and fan are molded in one casting, which improves the reliability and ensures the motor to be used in harsh environments with good electrical performance.
Special cooling structure is adopted to make the motor have ideal cooling effect.
The terminal box has a compact structure, high protection level and reliable connection terminals. The wiring is flexible and can be wired in multiple directions.
